Default 200nl - very easy situation but im lost?

villain is tag, about 25/13 or so, that's all i got because he just sat down. so lets be generous and give him a handrange of AK, AQs, AA-TT. should i have lead the flop? i have no clue about his aggression postflop. lead and fold to push doesnt feel optimal since i think he is capable of pushing draws also. and checkcall check turn is good no yes?

so that leaves, cc flop and bet/push blank turn?

He's not folding Aces or Kings to your turn bet and he isn't pushing AKo. He's also folding his draws unless he's a total idiot. Tough spot.

lead flop. If he makes a big raise, u might be able to lay this down.

if ur going to lead turn, just push.

Given that range, u gotta get it all in here.

I am not sure about the range, but I figure this is standard for laggish tags? And on the flop if he has A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] or A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], AA, KK he is pushing if I lead. But I guess I can pretty much fold there because i'm either a coinflip or crushed.

I think the only hand you can really beat here is Jacks, given the way this hand went down. I don't think he would really push his draw thinking you might fold it for that price...

whats a laggish tag? someone who can mixup their game? If u readjust his range to AhKh, AhQh, AA, KK then u should know what to do.

By the time you lead the turn for 80 - you've commited yourself, you can't fold for $55 more.

So, you need to find out sooner, or cheaper.

Being OOP, I would either 4bet preflop or lead the flop and take it from there.

Yeah I think I trapped myself in this hand. If I lead flop and he pushes I fold because he isn't pushing Jacks on the flop. If he calls I can fire again on turn.

But as it was, yes I commited myself and I really didn't like this hand at all. Bet-fold flop is best line here?

If I was villian with JJ - I would raise the flop if you bet.
