Default Value in raising river here?

villain is checking account on ftp. Have never played cash with him before, but we do have history. We played together at the final 2 tables of the sunday mulligan about 2 months ago, and I ended up beating him in HU play. All i can remember about him was that he was very overaggressive in restealing in that mtt, and I know he respects my game from our HU match. And fwiw, he rememebers that it is me.

He might have an overpair like 77-99.
betting out and calling your rise looks like it.
Maybe he got trips and he likes his 'value bet' here

I think the only hand that can beat you right now is 77. Prob shove river.

I would have bet the turn btw

I dont see the point of betting the turn honestly, plus i think it makes my line look a lil more bluffy, esp agaisnt this villain, who seemed to like to bluff me as i found out later in the session.

I do think the river is a shove agaisnt this player, but not every player, too bad I didnt think about it enough. He flipped 99, which is a stupid river bet imo
