Hero folded. They both showed T9. Okay the stakes were 10x less, home game.

These posts about when you should fold the second nuts for a huge amount of money really suck. Keep them in BBV and out of HSNL.

Posting hand for a friend that happened a while ago, so some info may be missing and stack sizes/bet sizes are approximates...

Table is dying and only 5 players remain. Pot is raised every hand but rarely been any 3 bet. BB is competent while sb is drunk but not stupid. Overall winning players.

Stack sizes are approximate

Utg: 28
Co: 12
Button/Hero : 32
Sb: 40
Bb: 38

Utg folds,co folds, hero with red eights raises to 2, sb calls and bb calls.

Pot: $6
Flop: 8s 8c 9s

sb bets 3, bb raises to 9, hero raises to 20 sb calls, bb calls

Pot: $33
Turn : Ts

Pot: $7800
River Td

Hero wakes up from cold drool on his forearm in 7'th grade english class and decides to post a stupid wet dream hand on 2p2 where it's quads over quads beaten by straight flush
