Man, I thought we were all friends here. Just toss out some reasonable criteria and a price. If it's reasonable, I'm sure we can round up money for plenty of stunts.

How about we make him try to top those Google videos of those Asian kids dancing to Nsync? He'll have to round up 3 or 4 of his friends of course. And dance in front of girls. Without the use of any alcohol or drugs.

Well, last time my band was on the road, my bass player was gettin' kinda hard-up for money (because he spent it all on alcohol)...so...

We were at this really nice bar in Central London called Long Bar at the Sanderson Hotel. Classy place...our producer's there, manager, some people from a label we were pursuing, etc. However, it was a busy night, and at one point when I went to the bathroom, the bartender took away my ash tray. Because it was busy, I simply started ashing in a glass of beer someone had left at the end of the bar. And putting my cigarettes into same beer.

End of the night there, we're about to move onto ChinaWhite (REALLY exclusive club) with the people from the label. Collin (bass player) looks over at me and says, "dude, that place is even more expensive than here. I don't have any cash." I asked him where all his money had gone (cause it's not like we weren't pulling down decent dough), and he said he'd blown it all dating this Polish girl that had been kinda following him around the UK.

ANYWAY...he's asking to borrow money from me. As a rule, I don't like to lend money to people I work with...it causes problems, etc. So I told him no...but that if he was really interested in putting some pound-age back in his wallet, he could drink the beer...with all the ashes and cigarette butts in it. Deal was, he had to pound the beer in one shot, and then not throw up for the rest of the night. He does that, I buy his drinks at the next place and give him 150 pounds (at that time, around 225 dollars).

Crazy fucker did it and I paid him his money. One of the stranger, sicker things I've seen someone ingest into their body...but it made for a good story.

However, I don't think I'll get the same satisfaction out of seeing a total stranger in a video eating some gross crap, so...I won't be putting up any money for this endeavor.

Just thought I'd share the story.
