Neteller changing currency

I have filled in the registration form of Neteller, my account isn't certified yet. But during registration I thought I should open an euro account, because I am from Europe. Now I know I should have openen a dollar account, because that way I don't have to pay conversion rates. Is there any way to change this information in my account?
