Default Not enough ends from my power supply

I recently upgraded my computer, and I don't have enough ends to connect to everything in my computer. I've never built one before, do I need a new power supply, or can I buy some sort of splitter?

i would buy a new PS. this is an item you dont want to scrimp on. you dont want to keep splitting these items to power fans and such. a solid 450W or 500W PS isnt that expensive.

Yes, you can get a y-splitter at most any computer shop or Radio Shack.

Since this is your first build, I encourage you to experiment. I also encourage you to listen to the other posters advice about not scrimping on the power supply.

If you're even considering buying a splitter, make sure that you're not going to overburden your psu. Here is a calculator that will help you know what your power requirements are.

Don't stress the PSU. You're better off just getting a new one than overburdening it.
