Scared of the Overset
Normally I get my money in without worrying about an overset, but his turn play really looks like AA or QQ. Anyone find a fold here or check the turn?

Re: Scared of the Overset
No way you can fold, as his hand is probably more likely to be AQ or 77 than AA or QQ.
Also, does this betting line make any sense if he has a hand that beats you. If he has QQ the flop play makes no sense whatsoever. Moreover, if he has AA, he slowplayed PF, then flopped huge, and decided to donk bet? Seems like that would have been an ideal spot to CR. I say you are winning here about 80-90% of the time. |

Re: Scared of the Overset
4-2,
I don't know if you can say he is "repping" AA, as he called rather than raised in two spots where AA was the nuts. |

Re: Scared of the Overset
don't even consider folding this 1.5 buyins deep - giggle when you stack off AQ

4-2, I don't know if you can say he is "repping" AA, as he called rather than raised in two spots where AA was the nuts. [/ QUOTE ] Villain 3-bet in BB and was called by Hero. Only call not repping AA (unless slow-playing) is flop. The small flop bet followed by just a flat call is a little suspicious, but I could NEVER get away. Get it in quick in case he's still drawing. |

Re: Scared of the Overset
I'm sorry, I saw that you flopped a set 130BB effective deep, and the board has no possible straights or flushes.
My question to you is, why are you calling the repop preflop if you dont want all your money to go in on an A9x board? EDIT: Raise more on flop, to at least 45ish. |
