I only know it from the cartoon, but Cable threw Wolverine into a vat of it. I'm not sure it was the legacy virus though, i think it might have been the TO virus.

You don't get to talk about fan-fic or the cartoon like it's the real thing. Colossus sacrificed himself by taking the Legacy cure, since the first patient had to die for the cure to become airborn.
