Default LHE passive/aggressive question.

Is it possible for a person to have a positive winrate over a large number of hands by never betting or raising? Put another way, could a person have a positive winrate over a large number of hands by always calling or folding?

Doubtful. Maybe if you played against complete maniacs who always did you your betting for you, and you just stood back and caught their bluffs. But I think even the most aggro monkeys would catch on. Not betting or raising with the best hand is a serious mistake, akin to calling with second best without proper odds.
