im always confused here. villian is a retarded 70/9/.5 over 90.

he shows up betting for value here with a lot of hands you beat (any non 7 pair on the flop or any PP &lt; TT), as well as bluffing with flush draws, OESDs, and gutshots depending on how loose he is.

i like a bet on the turn though, cause he has a draw here and will probably pay for it often.

I'll chime in with a bet turn too. Keep putting pressure on him. You are likely value betting the best hand now and getting some money in before you hit on the river, where you often don't get paid for a flush.

I think you should bet turn here almost always regardless of opponent type. The obvious drawback is that we can be c/r off of our had, but I don't think that happens often enough to truly be an issue. Betting here is good for value/protection/metagame/semibluff/image/pot building/likley being checked to on river/

bet the turn.
