Posting blind: probably never.
Having read your hh: I bet/call the river. He's got AT/T9 never, and AK/AQ/KQ/KJ constitute a much larger portion of his range than KK/QQ (he's pretty aggro, too, so he'd be pushing with those hands). Much like AA, if you bet/raise at every opportunity with a set in the micros you're probably not making too big a mistake.

I think I c/c river. AA or AK is not capping the turn. Not raising the turn would be weaksauce, this is QQ never.

If we could assign full value to AK, even, then bet/trey/call. And, as I said earlier, that's not too big a mistake, if it is a mistake. So, fine, bet/trey/call on the river, gogogogogogogogogogo.
