i have him pegged as loose aggressive. was my flop call bad?

no, not at all. but i would more likely tend to fold, than to raise.
bet the turn. AA, KK and several str8- and flushdraws love the free river.

bet the flop - if the LAG wants to float along with hand the turn gives you a great chance to CRAI, and rather than winning $9.50 you take his stack.

If you are behind, you donate to AA, KK, any better Qs, 2pairs and sets and have few outs to improve.
