Default Battle of the Blinds - Rake Question

In $200NL for example with $1/2 blinds, if all is folded around to the SB and he calls. The pot will be $3.60 with $0.40 going to rake.

I feel like a lot of marginal hands become awkward to play in these spots. I'm not sure what range to raise with and what to raise to against full stacks. Does anyone ever limp? Can that even be profitable? I don't feel like I adjust my play very well here and was wondering for some advice.

I have just been playing slightly tighter and raising 3.5xBB when I open and just fold everything else.

Default Re: Battle of the Blinds - Rake Question

I usually limp a couple of hands to see if the bb will raise me often - if he does, I'll limp/fold some trash, limp/3bet some strong hands, and raise a lot of stuff preflop.
