How do you get the Bison handconverter to work?

probably a very basic question but I am not a programmer. Downloaded the bison zip file and found a cgi file, whatever that may be. So how to you run this script?

.CGI = Common Gateway Interface. It means the file you have is a script, likely in Perl, PHP or Python. You would need to install the correct scripting language in order to run the file.
