Default JJ Early in $162 oop

Villain in the hand is graybone. I haven't play with him a ton so I don't know if folding here is reasonable or not. A lot of times I re-pop pre, which would've made this hand easier to play but didn't for whatever reason...Does this look ok?

Blegh. Given positions i would 3 bet pre flop first of all.

Second, if I'm CRing the flop it's trying to set it up to get it in on most turns i think.

When you take this line intending to fold to a turn shove you've basically turned your hand into one big multi street bluff, and JJ seems to have a bit to much showdown value for that, doesn't it?

Edit: Actually, that's kind of retarded. Like, you have to CR and bet turn unless villain never pays off to this line.

I mean, I agree with this, but after c/r'ing flop, I don't really know what other line to take. Don't think I can go into c/c mode or be very happy bet/calling a turn shove.

Yea i don't really think you can profitably call the turn so the fold there is fine. But i think most of all this hand needs a 3 bet pre.

Yea, it's a tough spot between trying to get value and being in a spot where there might not be a ton. I know i like 3 betting pre, and i know i like a bigger flop CR, and i know i like your turn fold since you beat about nothing. That's what i got so far.
