Default AcKc .5/1 facing turn donk

Villain is 28/15/1 over 57 hands.
River might have been a raise/fold, but I'm not very good at that with two pair.

Just call down after the turn 3bet. I don't mind the river raise as he's probably guessing you were raising lite PF. Obviously, its not too cool when he three bets you, but i think not raising the river here would have been results orientated. I would have put him on A9 or Q9 before you were 3 bet on the river. You obviously see this more than a set.

I play the same.
I like river raise/call - dont see cards that you beat so often rather he overplays weaker 2 pair

The pot is so big, you have top 2 pair, never fold! He might getting too excited with his 2 pair such as A9, A2. His VP$IP stat is 28 preflop, calling with wide range of hands.

Rather I would prefer to call on the river than raise him.

In the absence of something more than a stats read, this looks ok. A read on his postflop play would help.

* grunch *

How strong a hand does the Villain need to 3-bet the turn vs pfr? We just rivered past twopairs like AQ/A9/Q9 and are still behind sets 99/22. I don't think this is a bluff donk/3-bet often (e.g. w/JT hearts). Hero's line is too strong.

BDFD does complete on the river so that's a possibility we cannot overrule although I don't think it is very likely.

From Villain's point of view our play on the flop and turn often looks like c-bet + hitting an ace and then slowing down in fear of twopair or something.

Therefore I think this is a worse two pair leading the river for value often enough for us to raise/call river.

EDIT: and I don't fold top two HU in 6-handed unless the board is much more scary.

On the river, raise-fold is not something you really want to think about doing HU at .50/1. I think you played the hand fine.

fwiw, Villan had JhTh, ldo.

My only postflop playing note on this player was because of this hand.

"slow plays flop and c/r turn /w sets"
Villain had 99, and his bet, 3-bet line was quite tricky.
