He might have been slow playing a set and is figuring out where he is at, or have 9-10 and be trying to do the same after the heart hit.

Stack sizes are valuable information in this situation, but no matter what this is a call for me.

eh? this is for &lt; 1/3rd of a stack. He could have a straight, two pair, badly played set. Also: people tend to play flushes way slower.

Stats are over how many hands.

I call and call a reasonable river bet as well barring a safe river card.
