Re: Glenn Beck told me to post this to Ron Paul Supporters
Yes, a guy like Paul is in the business of turning down an hour of air time on the 5th most popular radio show in the country (according to wikipedia, i dont know jack about radio). Why does that not add up right to me.

[/ QUOTE ] Beck and Hannity aren't at all comparable--Hannity is just plain unfair with anyone he disagrees with. Besides, Paul agreed to a Hannity interview, didn't he? When I used to listen to Beck's show regularly, he'd interview people he disagrees with but he was always polite and gave them ample time to make their points. Sure, he expresses his disagreement, but he doesn't steamroll them. I've also heard him say several good things about Paul on his show. While they disagree on a lot, I don't think this would be a terribly hostile interview. |

Hostile or not why would you turn down a chance to expand your ideas to a crowd that may have no idea who you are.

You can't lose votes you never were going to get but you CAN win votes with a few good points and ideals. [/ QUOTE ] For an answer to your question, watch Lou Dobbs when he interviews a guest with whom he has opposite views. He treats the guest as hostile; controls the conversation; doesn't let the guest complete an answer; he just attacks; attacks; attacks. If you were a candidate running on a platform of amnesty for illegal immigrants, you would not want to go on the air with Dobbs for a 5 minute interview. He would show you no respect. Not that I'm for amnesty, just equality in debates with the host of the show. |

If you feel this way e-mail the campaign and suggest him going on.
