I think it's pretty pointless offering you the advice you're asking for until you can work on erasing that min raise preflop and min bet on the flop from your game.
You're clearly focusing on the wrong aspects of your game right now.

3 things...
1. if you need to ask here, you probably should fold becasue you're in for tough decisions on later streets.
2. preflop is fine. short handed that's a good hand to play with.
3. as played I call flop and reevaluate turn. UTG puts pressure on me... I'd have to check my crystal ball but most turns will make me fold.

[/ QUOTE ]

I have the nuts the turn, so I'm not too sure about folding?!?!

Lol, you are really working to find a way to justify a call here.

Not at all- To be honest I folded- As I was going back reviewing some hands, I got to thinking about is this a FD enough to justify a call...I agree that by mymin raise and min bet on the flop it plays a bit odd...I just wonder if this is possibly a FD or even a total steal with air (did he call the turn planning to shove a spade or board pair)

If he did he found a great spot for a bluff and planned it from the flop. The flop shove really looks like a set protecting though, no matter what blockers to that you hold.

he probably picked up your minbet tell on the flop and deduced that you have a draw always if you do that.

No. Do not open the pot preflop with a min raise. Do not min bet the flop.

He said most turns. This means turns where you do not improve. When you make nut straight you have improved.
