I think this is a really sick spot, if you think hes good, i would fold, but if hes bad i would not be shocked for him to turn over AT-AK, therefore making it a call.

The bet size is a pretty big tell. I don't think he's bluffing often at all, so we're really only concerned about whether he's trying to raise for value with worse Aces. Even bad players realize raising AT here is thin after you bet three times, so although they may do it, they are probably going to raise smaller to make it easier for you to call with a worse Ace or KK or something. Good fold.

I think this is a bad fold, sorry. You underbet the pot twice and he didn't raise either time, I think that makes a weaker ace so much more likely than set/2p that you should call.

I would only call if villain had shown some sign that he didn't know what he was doing. Otherwise, this is a boat every single time.

I really don't like it. Seems like he could be value raising worse because OMG trips and seems like he can't have better because he forgot to raise flop and turn. Also the underbetting makes it more likely he thinks he's ahead with AT or whatever.
