That quote really stuck with me. It was among the most chilling scenes for some reason and to be completely honest, I do not think I get it's true meaning.

The best scenes for me are the following:

The opening scene about snot boogy.
Killing Wallace
Omar in Court
Omar and Muzzone- All their scenes together are awesome and instant classics
Chris and Snoop killing Bodie's LT (name escapes me) and killing Bodie
Rawls speaking to McNulty, the this is for you McNulty speach and when speaking to him when Kima got shot.
Snoop with the nail gun
Ziggy and the Duck
Valchek getting decked and then with Daniels saying he was sucker punched.
The [censored] scene with Bunk and McNulty
Omar Robbing Prop Joe's stash and then selling it back to him. That was awesome.
I am forgetting a few oh well.

Marlo said it in season 4 outside the food mart when he stole the lollipops in front of the security guard, Marlo was just looking for trouble. The security guard called him out on it and lost his life. That line was from the ensuing conversation.

Carcetti's big speech (more of less his candidacy announcement) at the end of season 3 was pretty stirring.

Bubbles and Bunny overlooking the wreckage of Hamsterdam.

my current favorite scene is when the unit pulls over bodie with a g pack going into hamsterdam and colvin has to spill the beans and mcnulty and him have an asides conversation after.

episode 11 of season 3 is my favorite episode of any series ever, but i don't know how you could have left out the two best parts of that episode:

-the opening scene, with the standoff between brother mouzone and omar (i don't love mouzone's character, but it was a really cool scene) in the dark alley.

-and the scene on the balcony in avon's apartment with stringer and avon reminiscing after they had each betrayed the other.

Love the scene where Stringer is in the back of his vehicle, and calls his broker to sell off all his phone stocks. He realizes that when the lowest pit hood has two cell phones, the market is inundated.
