Reporting Neteller late

Is there any down side to doing this? I figure I have to report Neteller even though it's slightly late.

Also, I have no idea how to fill out the form to report Neteller. Can anyone help?

You are posting in the wrong place, see foreign account thread. Yes, there is no extension for filing FBAR's, so you will have to pay a penalty for filing late, however, you should still file. Read FBAR thread.
