If I have to use my upgrades to get the phones I will just wait to see how much$$$ they are going for and if they aren't going for enough I will play with iphones for a few weeks then return them using AT&T's 30 day return policy. You have to pay full price no matter what. AT&T is offering no rebate for 2 year contract. They just gonna SIITP of all their customers.

I think you sign up for the 2 year plan once you get it out of the box and connect to itunes.

Ok so anyone can buy one. You have to commit to 2 yr service plan or add 2 years to an existing plan through Itunes to get service. I looked on ebay and they are going for over 1k so this looks like an easy payday.
