My workout mix is constantly changing but the 3 staples I have that start every workout are:

1. Rocky Soundtrack - Going the Distance
2. Rocky Soundtrack - Gonna Fly Now
3. Guns N' Roses - Welcome to the Jungle

Best soundtrack ever although I've never listened to it while working out.

I don't ever listen to single tracks so here are some CD's I like running to:
