I just woke up $8000 richer - brag or beat?

this is my first post in bbv, but I would imagine that some of you are aware that 2+2's own gobboboy recently got second place in the aussie millions for a cool 1M AUD.

he was staked by a bunch of 2+2ers, and when I was sweating him via pokerwire/aim chatroom, there was a bunch of conversation about staking and I remembered a conversation a month ago where he asked if I wanted to buy a piece, and I decided not to even though I knew it was +EV because it's expensive and high variance and I lost 5k staking +EV people in the wcoop. I was pissed when I realized that I just lost out on tens of thousands of dollars, since I easily could have bought 5-10% of him. Beat.

Today I woke up and gobbo imed me:
