Default Smoothie recipes?

I recently discovered the wonder of smoothies and would like to experiment with new ones at home. Does anyone have any favorite recipes? Regular and healthy, workout type smoothie recipes are appreciated.

I can't remember proportions, but I used to make smoothies with the following:

- ice
- yogurt (plain or sometimes fruit flavored)
- various frozen fruit (cheaper and works better than fresh for consistency)
- banana
- protein powder/other supplements
- EDIT: Forgot juice, usually apple works best because it adds less flavor than most, but you can change it too something else that goes better with the fruit

Switch up the fruit and you have an endless variety of tasty smoothies.

I make this as well. Mine is something like:

1 cup water
1/2 cup strawberry nonfat yogurt
4 ice cubes
1 Tbsp honey
8 strawberries
1 scoop chocolate protein powder

This can easily replace a meal. You can thank me later.
