The way they both landed so hard on their heads, I think it's probably real. If it is, that chic must have some serious martial arts training under her belt.

The way he didn't struggle once he was in the air makes me think its most likely fake (but its not really conclusive). I've seen a lot of people get thrown, and if you're a purse snatcher getting suplexed by a chick you're not going to just let her grab your waist and hoist you backwards without reacting in mid air. The suplex portion looks too choreographed

The thing that I can't reconcile is when she gets her head under his arm. He just kinda wiggles. That looks way too much like a WWF-style setup than something legitimate. Still an awesome vid though.
