Is raise/fold a good line to take on both rivers? I know pots are really small, but just need advice on whether these should be played differently.

hand 1 - im betting the flop. Also raising river to about 6 and getting value from Ax.
hand 2 - this one is way closer. I'm raising it to about 4 against a 38/10 and hoping for value from 1010, 9x, or any lower PP.

hand 1, I would raise the turn. You can get value from all sorts of draws on this board and stand to be ahead a lot. If you get the the river without raising the turn, I would make a smallish raise and consider folding to a shove, considering how weaktight/passive the villain is.
hand 2, you can get value from a lot of pocket pairs, Kx and even a worse Jx, so I would raise to ~5ish for value.
