Default NL10 - flopped bottom set, line check.

Sorry I forgot HH, so bear with me. Villain in hand is unknown.

Table is 5 handed. Effective stacks $10.

Dealt 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Preflop: 1 limper, villain pots to $.45, Hero calls in dealer position. Blinds fold. 3 to the flop.

Flop (pot is ~$1.50): K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Limper checks, villain bets $1.20, Hero calls, Limper folds. Heads up now.

Turn (pot is ~3.70): A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Villain checks, Hero checks.

River (pot is $3.70): Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Villain bets $2.40, Hero raises to $6, Villain calls.

What do you guys think about my line here? I know theres a flush draw out there, but I wanted to stay deceptive and make it look like I was on the draw so I just call on the flop. Genereally, I would raise the flop and try to get it all in. Turn was an ace, which I think is a good card for me, b/c villain may have AK/AQ, both of which I beat. River is a queen, missing the flop flush, but completeing the backdoor flush. I wasn't worried about villain having a flush tho b/c A and Q are both clubs. So I raise his river bet, hoping to get a call from AK/AQ. Thoughts?

Raise flop. Bet turn.

As played this river isn't great for you. But it's your own fault because you didn't raise flop and then bet the turn.

You must get value out of your sets; which means betting them.
