Default folding to aggresison like a scared little child

I felt so weak/tight today folding to any aggression. Are these both easy folds?

Hand 1
Blinds: $0.15/$0.25; 5 players; BB stack is only $11.10; no reads

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.8, 2 folds, BB calls.

Flop: T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($1.75, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $1.25, BB raises to $2.5, Hero calls.

Turn: 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($6.75, 2 players)
BB bets $3, Hero ?

BB has only $6 left after they bet turn, so I can't lose that much. He should have 3bet AKpf, but maybe in BB he just calls? KT, TT, 55 also possible but so is flush draw, but how many people play draws this agro at $25NL? Call flop min raise ok to see if he fires on turn? Fold turn to <1/2psb or is this really weak?

Hand 2
Blinds: $0.15/$0.25; effective stacks $25
50/25/1 but only 70 hands, none of which he has ever raised post flop.

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
3 folds, Button calls, Hero calls, BB checks.

Flop: 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($0.75, 3 players)
Hero bets $0.75, BB folds, Button calls.

Turn: 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($2.25, 2 players)
Hero bets $1.75, Button raises to $4.5, Hero ?

My PF is horrible--should have raised. What can someone limp with from OTB, I ask myself? Big PP wanting more than blind steal, maybe 56s. I have no idea what the range for a button limp for a 50/25 could be. His raise looks so suspicious but so does OTB limp.

Hand 1: I'll call with what I think is a blind steal attempt with big suited cards, two cards over T, Axs and if you've been harassing me, os connectors. Given this, couldn't this be a semi-bluff w/fd? Or KJ/T? If he held KQ I think he might have played back preflop. Right now with my game, I'm most likely calling down unless is gets really fugly.

Hand 2: My knees are shaking as well. Smells like A5 or something trashy has hit courtesy of the limping.

I think hand 2 is a fold, I don't see QJ/QT played like this too much, moreso a 22-44 set, or random Qxs 2pair. Also, even this could be a worse Q more often, the pot is gonna get much bigger pretty soon, and we have no idea how to react on river.

Hand 1, I really really want to shove on this really really coordinated flop, especially since it's just a little bit more than a pot sized raise.
