he admits thats not nicky leotardo... but also those are not the black guys from season 1, there is no trucker's brother, and there is nothing EVER said about getting killed is "like cutting to black"

So, yeah, some people will use that as Tony is dead. Just pointing out the video is completely wrong (theory pretty common and disproven). Sopranos thread in OOT has good discussion. This is probably best theory I've read about Tony being dead (long but interesting):
