i just c/f here. i feel like most of his range is the straight. a lot of his other calling range is sets. you have small fold equity and only sometimes have more than the fd.

i think if he calls this shove with anything worse than a K then he's absolutely terrible and making a -ev call vs my range for sure.

I'm hopefully expecting him to fold sets.

What do you think about leading turn and shoving river??

Not that you wouldn't take the line you did with a K, but I think to most people it seems like you wouldn't want to put so much pressure on with the nuts, especially when there are so many 2pair/sets that will give you significant action.
If he raises your turn bet I think its pretty obvious he has the straight.

Also, if he is the type to call with less than str8 then I think it will be easier to get away from on a blank river, when he can't tell himself he has outs to fill up.

I have stopped playing for a couple hours b/c I am unbelievably tilted, so you know, there's that. I'd like to know your thoughts though

getting people at 1/2 NL FR to fold sets or top 2 can't possibly be +EV, especially when they have a street to boat up.

I think this would work very well if there was more money involved.

Do you get to fist pump when he folds?.... Hands like these are why 6 max is a superior game =). not but seriously he has to be crazy not to fold considering how not drawy your flop call is. but again he may know this and be crazy not to fold. the duality of poker is what tilts the [censored] outa me so i say do what you feel renton.

I cant see how he doesnt have a K here with tht turn bet. If you hit your flush NH but i wouldnt take a play like this.

I would think a c/c if anything would be better and im sure he would call a half pot sized bet on the river with his str8 when ur flush hits.

People have such a hard time folding hands that once felt big. I think you'd have a harder time than you'd hope getting JJ or TT to fold as often as you'd like for a pot sized bet with 10 outs coming. Too much, "awww screw it" out there.

That said, I still like it.
