MSNL Vancouver House thread - lets do it this time?

Ok so i'm looking at some vancouver housing rentals.... there are some ridiculous places for some ridiculous prices if we can get 4 or 5 guys. When i say cheap, i don't mean dirt cheap, but i mean you can live in a multimillion dollar home for ~$1000 month. So why the [censored] aren't we doing this. Is it just me or would hanging out with 4 other rich young kids be the most ridiculous fun imaginable? Granted, i think it would probably get exhausting after around 6 months... But i'm sure we could arrange to break a lease after six months and everyone could eat 1k or something. Or maybe we'll wanna stay longer, who knows. Anyways, some rules.

Rules:
1. Degens are fine, but please nobody who's busto every 3 months. In fact if i'm gonna put out the time and effort to organize this, i'm going to require 3 months rent up front
2. Good at poker. Comfortable with hand discussion, etc.
3. Relatively young. 30 is a dinosaur in the poker world. I'm 21. I'm not gonna set a cap or anything.
4. Not socially awkward. Please don't be one of those 95 pound albino virgin kids.

1. $5000/month - 5 bedroom - 6,000 sqaure feet (mansion) - 3 car garage - 45 mins from downtown - home theatre room




2. $5800/month - 6 bedroom - 5200 square feet - 40 mins from downtown vancouver


3. $7500/month - 5 bedroom - 2500 square feet - 7 mins from downtown - Comes COMPLETELY furnished





4. $4500/month - 4 Bedroom (plus den) - 4400 square feet - pool - 15 mins away from downtown




5. (one of my faves) $4000/month - 4 bedroom - 3000 square feet - an ACRE of private property - 40 mins from downtown - pool - mediteranean style





6. Ok wait my new favourite just found it - $4000/month - 5 bedroom - 4000 square feet - pool - hot tub - 180 degree ocean views - 45 mins from downtown - fully furnished

As you can see there are a lot of options, and its not that expensive. If you interested but can only go at a certain time, still drop in and i'll see if we can get enough people. But ideally, everyone thats interested will be in my situation, and that is, no job, no school, free to go any time.
