This flop really needs to be 3bet. I'd also fold the river unless he thinks you can fold JJ here in which case I'd call.

I don't really see what value you thought you had in the river bet. What's Bob paying you off with, 99? He's a better hand reader than that.

I'd say check-behind on that river as i dont think bob is gonna pay you off with a lesser pp as you've made it very clear that ur hand is 10's and greater. That being said he knows ur a good enough player to vbet the river which might make him go for a river sexy with A5 and such. I wouldnt expect to see a flush here.
