Trouble with 2 monitor system, please help!!

On Friday I bought a 22inch wide screen and attached it to my video card thru DVI, my other 19inch monitor is attached thru VGA. My problem is that when I play on PStars and go to tile the tables they default to the 19incher, and not the 22incher. Under my video settings my 22incher is set as the primary monitor, yet is identified as the "2" monitor, while the 19incher is the "1" monitor. As I have no idea why else this would happen, I assume the tables default to the "1" monitor, and therefore need a way to make the 22incher my "1". So far I havent found a way to do this, so if anybody knows, please help. If something else will fix this, also please let me know. Thanks.

EDIT: It seems that this ISN'T an issue on FTP, so its only a problem with Pstars. Still, please help.
