Like I said earlier I'm pretty sure against this guy this is KK+ so so much that getting away from the hand is quite reasonable, but I never actually do. If he reraised you though you should beat him into the pot so fast.

[/ QUOTE ]

i'm sorry did you just say the only hands he calls a standard raise in the CO with are KK and AA?

[/ QUOTE ]

I've played with this guy a few times and I think this might be true (with this stack size obviously)

that said I'd probably bet/call

[/ QUOTE ]

I thought so too, so I checked, told myself to fold, shoved over his bet, and somehow didn't get shown AA!?!?!? KK good

edit: so so many people, especially those who resteal a lot, have ranges of KK+ when they cold call here

I said it in the last lilholdem thread where he did something like this and people mentioned how often he shows up with KK+, but this is so terrible and so fundamentally retarded. And people wonder why phrases like "tourney donk" or "donkaments" exist.

Exploitability is only bad when exploited.

well not exactly JJ.. but i don't really like how villain played this... i think he would have had a better shot at doubling up (i know he did anyway) if had 3bet pf, as hero has been playing pretty tight so far and on said hand raised it up UTG, so you have to give him credit for a very solid hand. altho villain's stack size is a little awkward for a 3bet, it seems like a push is pretty big overbet but if he raises to like 6000 he has like 5k left. but i still prob push if i were him

Pushing with 19 BBs is an overbet? I don't think so.

I like ansky's comment the best here. I also find it kind of interesting that many good players say they put villain on a huge hand but stack off anyway. You're not really putting villain on a huge hand then, are you? And how is it exploitable if some of the top 2+2 HSMTTers stack off?
