He could have a set, two pair, an overpair, a flush draw, a straight, tons of combo draws...

You have two overs, the second nut flush draw, and a gutshot straight draw. I'd give you ~14 outs, which makes you a favorite with two cards to come. I would probably call here.

I'd have bet more on the flop, and probably been forced to call. I'd call here because your hand is really often air and he could have a lot of one pair hands, he made a pretty big bet so we can eliminate sets, and the best hand I ever see here is 45. With that being said I'd probably call because I dont mind gambling, but I also dont mind a fold and just protect your stack. The math guys are going to come in and say call (i think), so probably call.

Yea I expect most are going to say I should bet more on the flop but I had been CB small like this and taking down a ton of pots at this table.

call. if you're folding on this flop with that hand, what flop would you be willing to call that all in with? only a flopped flush? i could see him showing up with 66, a combo draw, or a lower bare FD a lot here. so yeah, i'd call.

allthough i don't like calling an allin on a draw that much (for that reason i would check/shove the flop)..i'd be forced to call here

Theres about 100 players remaining out of 387, and I have a stack I believe in the top 10 not entirely sure.

Why not include reads?

I'd probably puke and call, but betting larger on the flop wouldn't put you in such a nasty spot (you'd have to call then). Even though your small bets had taken down the pots earlier, that's no excuse not to manipulate the bet sizing to suit your needs later on. Betting strong to represent an overpair scared of the very draw heavy flop isn't bad at all here.
