Default River decision 200bbs deep v donk

Villain is 46/30/0.75 over 71 hands. I have seen him all in on a K-J-2 flop with A2.

The clubs have missed. Is river an auto call? Fold? Comments on other streets appreciated too if I have misplayed this anywhere.

2/4 NL, 6 players

Stacks:
SB ($403.30 in chips)
Hero BB ($849.40 in chips)
UTG ($408.00 in chips)
MP ($931.50 in chips)
CO ($117.00 in chips)
BTN ($1,099.20 in chips)

Preflop: Hero is big blind with 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
1 fold, MP calls $4, CO calls $4, BTN calls $4, SB folds, Hero checks

Flop ($18): 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero checks, MP bets $20, CO calls $20, 1 fold, Hero raises to $90, MP calls $90, CO folds

Turn ($218): J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Hero bets $190, MP calls $190

River ($598): 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Hero checks, MP bets all-in $647.40, Hero ?? (hero has $565.40)

CALLCALLCALL.....and the river check is probably good, but value shoving is also viable if he is really stationy.

defitely call river, and definitely lead flop. cr'ing just turns your hand face up.

aren't we losing too much value from a jack, though? not really sure whether to weigh his range closer to draw or jack.

Everything missed; against a donk I would snap call.

Other info I didn't include was that he insta-shoved the river when I checked. I'm never snap calling 150bbs in this spot.
