Turn bluff in a RR pot, 200NL
72/25/5 guy who has a note which says "floated with no pair OOP" opens to $7 OTB. I repop in the SB with KQo. He calls and we go HU to a 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] flop. Pot: $54.
I lead for $32. He flat calls. Turn is the A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. I shove for his remaining $121 into the $118 pot. Standard? |

Nope. He is not folding once he calls the flop. Not enough of the time, that is. 72/25's don't 'float', they just don't have a fold button.

Cbets work because people fold... When you are dealing with someone who doesn't fold cbets don't work.
Given you bet the flop, I guess the shove is ok. |

against these types, don't bluff, just value bet them to death, so we want to hit first, so more calling

[ QUOTE ] pf is bad [/ QUOTE ] I agree [/ QUOTE ] y is pf so bad against loose fishes who r gonna call with dominated hands and will commit themselves with any pair? Just wondering. Against any other its a standard shove IMO but against described villain - i c/f - he seems loose enough to have even floated flop with a high and i wouldnt be pleased with shoving hoping hell lay down a jack or something. |
