How do you come to this conclusion??

I consider myself a fair reader of people myself and right now the burden of proof favors samoleus IMO.

The whole "knee-jerked" comment really gets me. Who makes a defense like this if there was nothing to defend? You wouldn't say knee-jerk reaction would you? You'd say, "I had AK and reraised like I was supposed to do.... blah, blah."

and one last thing: why would kod feel inclined to state that he "knee-jerk reraised AK" if he had in fact not agreed to give me back my blind?; if he had (as he claims) not agreed to give back my blind, wouldn't it have been perfectly normal behaviour and not requiring any explanation, for him to have reraised AK? ... I believe that his need to explain his reraise - and especially to define it as a 'knee-jerk reraise' clearly implicates him. he knew that reraising the AK was not something he should have done (which of course could only be the case if he had agreed to give back my blind, no?)

By the way, since Crablar clearly does have the hand histories, I would challenge him to simply send the hand prior to the one that he sent. The chat in which he agreed to give me back my blind is the hand right before that one.

Of course, I guess he could easily modify or delete the chat, so I suppose that is a fruitless exercise.

(edit: looking back at this hh that Crablar sent, I am not positive that it has not been doctored. this is because I am 100% sure that vaga lion and animal were at the table and sitting out in the hand in question)

(a) the fact that the posters sent me private messages clearly shows that they do not want this publicized, and I will respect their privacy

(b) this is completely immaterial and irrelevant to the matter at hand

(c) I admit that in my haste (and without actually counting), I overstated the number (10-12). There were 8 posters that pm'd me saying something to the effect that they believe Crablar to be scum.

finally, I am starting to get sucked into this discussion and flame-fest again - which is something that I am determined not to do.
