given what happened to oden, it could be serious but i would think they've been monitoring stoudemire pretty closely since he all ready had major surgery. probably just hiccup

nbd, suns know how to deal with injuries. they might go 81-1 instead of 82-0.

Which is actually common amongst elite athletes who have undergone surgeries like microfracture. The body will naturally compensate for the recovering knee if the athlete is pushing too hard during rehab.

Is this the same surgery he had last year? That made him miss 3/4 the regular season.

im far from elite but i def had pain in my other knee when i resumed a relatively high workload of activity after acl/meniscus surgery.

as for amare it would be kinda weird if the problem was with his microfracture knee. ya kno, since he shouldnt have much cartilage left.
