Re: Shoving range here please?
Depends on what your goals are, if ur happy with cashing then id go for a gamble with two gap cards unsuited... but the guy raised 5x BB and got cold called, id lay anything except really good hands down here. You have more hands before the blinds get to you and don't need to go with junk you can pick a better spot im sure

[ QUOTE ]
kk aa thats it [/ QUOTE ] I'd include AKs;QQ;JJ;AK here for sure...and would have a tough time folding TT. A read on the caller might help too. If the caller is loose, i def include TT as well. I think this would be a tougher decision if you had 25-30BBs. |

Re: Shoving range here please?
I agree that a read on the caller would be helpful...there's not to many hands I'd be flat calling for 17% of my stack, as mp1 did, with so many players left to act...is it to induce a squeeze shove over the active big stack? This might tighten my range to AA/KK.
If caller's loose I shove w/ JJ+ and AK |

Re: Shoving range here please?
Everybody is talking about the caller, what about OR? Again, reads etc would be nice, but I doubt that he is raising light from UTG. I'm with Hamnegger here, although I'd do it with QQ as well. Having said that, whenever I've been in a similar situation,OR always has a big pair.

Re: Shoving range here please?
JJ+,AK...TT/AQ are probably to far behind UTGs raise but I'm happily shoving JJ/AK here because there's a good chance we'll end up HU with a lot of overlay (eg UTG shove, MP1 fold). Sure the callers range could be KK+ but much more likely for an unknown is general 99-JJ, AQish sort've hands I think.
