Re: NL50 AJ value in turn bet?
I hate situations like this vs loose players.
If you have any stats on him like how often he folds flop/turn/river bet, a bet could be justified. I usually play it similiar to your line. |

Re: NL50 AJ value in turn bet?
well played imo.
againsst these guys, you should only bet turn for value, and occasionaly w/ draws. Gutshot + 2 overs is good too. |

Re: NL50 AJ value in turn bet?
Pretty bad turn card to 2barrel. Hits a lot of hands that were peeling (open ended straight draw, gutterball) and makes a pair + draw a ton.
I don't see any real value from betting again. I guess you could get value from a flush draw, but that is no where near 50% of his range there so I wouldn't advice in it. Just check it down and hope he whiffed with some draw. |

Re: NL50 AJ value in turn bet?
Turn is not a good place to double barrel and I think villain looks you up on river with any hand better than yours. You might fold out a badly played AK, but I wouldnt even bet on that. There is no real reason to bet. Checking behind and hoping he missed or peeled with AT is your best bet.
