I prefer bet fold, you're often beat here and it is pretty easy to get bluffed on this board so I think by betting turn you decrease the likelihood of being bluff raised and you can more confidently muck. If called, ch/ fold most rivers unless very good odds or retard/aggro/bluffy villain.
Also, does he 3 bet AQ/AK in position ?
