Default (5.50) JJ lead into on an overcard, fd flop

Seems like everyone's posting a JJ hand lately. Guess it's my turn. Any problems with the PF raise? The 2 hands that villian's won big on are the only two I've seen....one a TPTK he led at on the flop with a nearly pot-size bet and called a shove. The other....an OESD that he led at on the flop with a nearly pot-sized bet and called a ridiculously large re-raise.

$5 + $0.50 Texas Hold'em (No Limit)
5 seats max
Big Blind $25

BB, amount $3020
UTG, amount $966
HERO, amount $1295
BTN, amount $1909
SB, amount $310

Dealt to HERO: J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG: Calls $25, HERO: Raises to $100, 2 folds, BB Calls $75, UTG folds

Community cards: 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (POT 240)

BB Bets 200, HERO???

5 seats, 2 places paid? Regardless I would fold and stay out of the mess.

Probably fold. Calling would be bad and shoving would be worse.

Fold and try to find a better spot.

I folded. I just wanted to see if anyone would give enough credit to the possibility of a draw or (doubtful) underpair to warrant another line.
