Default lag vs lag: nutFD 3-bet flop?

my stats are 28/14 but a little bit underavarge agressive
his stats are something like 25/12, agressive
We were playing at 3 tables together and played many pots together, were playing our hands far.
I stacked him in an reraised pot when i hit my gutshot with 55 on 679 board, he couldnt fold 78 when the turn was an 8.
But he wasn't overplaying any hands so far.

Shove. You might actually have the best hand (he might have a draw as well).

Ok i did it like that, exactly because of he might have a draw.
But what do u think of the flop 4-bet?

your flop 3bet size is poorly selected.

Putting him a 4bet or fold scenario is a better play.

Who much would u raise? ~40? Isn't it good to get FDs and 1-pair hands in, which are folding in most cases to a turn push?

Ok and some understanding problems:
Preflop
A limps, B raises, C 3-bets (?), D 4-bets?
Flop
A bets, B raises, C 3-bets (?)
everything right?
