I really really hate shortstackers and I usually do everything in my power to send them packing. I like this.

But of course I play horrible against them.

i like to mix it up from time to time preflop, but not with two limpers in front of me
put him allin here is fine, OSED + 2 overs = 15outs &gt; one pair

pf is fine imo, is a potsize reraise
hero could be ahead here on the flop

No.
Even if you do have no fold equity, your pot equity is easily enough to shove. Edit: See Antinome's post.

I won't argue that folding this preflop is good too, but I'd definitely be looking to isolate the shorty in this situation. Of course, if you are going to fold to his donk, you are better off folding preflop.
