He is giving you the oh so tempting 3-1. Things of note: He check calls down an obvious flush chasing ploy oop. Secondly, he has an aggression factor of 1.6, which means he's as tame as a mouse. that said i'd probably pay the little beggar off and tyoe in "chaser" in the chat.
