I pushed and now I feel bad about it.
Is it bad or am i just too result orientated?

I don't think pushing is bad really. Your hand looks more like a draw when you shove, but it's not like made flushes for fold 400 raise anyways. Either are fine options, just a raise to 500-600 might get called by lower flush draws or hands like JxTs.

Disagree here. Alot of players in the pot, and a check/raise is good here, especially if you can get the player behind you or directly behind you to bet, getting a caller or two with it, then shove the flop, and accept folds (you just picked up say ~600 pot at 10/20) or a call, hoping to spike a flush or villain(s) not having made one.

I would definitely shove here and feel good about it.

Then I am being too result orientated, thanks.
What are the odds of 1 of the other 5 players having a made flush?

I think raising with the intention of getting it in is good - but its pretty hard to get called with out like JxKs when your CR looks like a checkraise for value, so a push might not be bad. Its the 16s so you could get looked up wide or called by Qs / Ks

"you could get looked up wide or called by Qs / Ks "

Yes I think u get called a fair bit by these kind of hands. Which is why I think raising > pushing.
