Not about the weak tight part and remember this is without more of a read than we've been given.

Would you say that this should almost always be 3bet all in or just called and is this choice read dependent?

I'm not surprised to take heat for recommending a preflop fold. I understand but have a hard time committing 16bb pre to then fold later in the hand. It seems too much in this situation.
